Konekorjaamo Riikonen Oy is a brand free heavy machinery workshop and RIIKO® superstructure manufacturer in Joensuu, Finland. We provide comprehensive services for transport and infrastructure companies, offering maintenance, repair, inspection and spare parts services for heavy machinery - all under one roof. In addition, we manufacture Finnish RIIKO® superstructures for timber, energy, gravel, swapbody and road maintenance trucks, as well as for trailers.

This year we support children’s health
This year, Konekorjaamo Riikonen Oy has donated the funds allocated to charity and support initiatives to the Kummit “Elämä Lapselle” campaign. The donation supports children’s hospitals across Finland, pediatric research, medical equipment purchases, patient wellbeing, and the mental health of children and young people. We are pleased to support the health and wellbeing of children and young people and to contribute to the important work carried out by Kummit.
Fantastic award at Power Truck Show!
The VOLVO FH16 780 pole truck, equipped by us for HKK-Kuljetus Oy with RIIKO® superstructures, was awarded Best Truck Bodybuild at Power Truck Show 2026! This award is a great recognition for us about the work and the successful result. The project brought together customer-specific design, practical solutions and carefully finished assembly work. We thank HKK-Kuljetus Oy for the trust and cooperation - it’s great to continue working from here!

Konekorjaamo Riikonen Oy provides heavy machinery repair services in Joensuu, backed by over 45 years of solid experience. As a multi-brand workshop, we service heavy vehicles of all makes, models, and ages, including trucks, trailers, heavy machinery, cranes, road maintenance equipment, and buses. Our skilled staff and comprehensive equipment ensure that work is carried out smoothly and according to schedule. RIIKO® Superstructures made in Finland
RIIKO® is a brand owned by Konekorjaamo Riikonen Oy, specializing in truck and trailer superstructures. We have been manufacturing RIIKO® superstructures for over 35 years. Our strength is in our integrated production chain: RIIKO® superstructures are designed, manufactured and assembled at our company in Joensuu, Finland. RIIKO® superstructures have the Key Flag symbol, a strong indication of Finnish work and manufacturing. We thank all our customers for the trust in our products and our work over the decades!
Production of RIIKO® Superstructures
We manufacture RIIKO® superstructures for trucks and trailers brand-free for all trucks according to the chassis and intended use. Our main product aare timber, energy, gravel, road maintenance and swapbody superstructures. With a wide range of components and accessories, we build a complete solution to meet the requirements of your demands. We also provide customised solutions from special crane brackets to small additional components.
Retail and representative
In addition to RIIKO® products, our range includes products from well-known domestic and international manufacturers. We are an authorized retailer for Kilafors trailers, Tamtron crane scales and Joab hooklift systems. Brands we represent include Meiren road maintenance equipment and L5 Navigation machine control systems. We also supply Kesla timber cranes. We offer a comprehensive range of tyres, rims and spare parts for heavy machinery.
Heavy Machinery Inspection
Our inspection station is located next to the Konekorjaamo Riikonen Oy’s workshop. We inspect trucks, trailers, working machinery and buses in cooperation with Kuurnan Autokatsastus Oy. Our services include periodic, registration, modification, import, and coupling inspections, as well as pre-inspection checks and maintenance. A spacious drive-through hall ensures effortless inspection process for heavy vehicles.
Assembly and maintenance
We offer comprehensive assembly and maintenance services for all heavy machinery brands. We assembly timber and bulk cranes, tail lifts, hook lifts, tipping systems and road maintenance equipment. We also perform authorized maintenance and repairs on lifting machinery, as well as periodic and 10-year inspections. We make hydraulic and electrical installations and assembly all accessories, ranging from coupling systems to light installations.
Spare parts and tyres
Our spare parts service offers comprehensive support for heavy machinery spare parts and accessories. Our range includes products for trucks, trailers, machinery and lifting equipment, available directly from stock or with fast delivery. We also provide a wide selection of heavy machinery tyres and rims in different price categories. Our range of heavy machinery tyres covers trucks, trailers, wheel loaders, forestry machines, work machines and tractors. The range also includes snow chains and CTI tyre pressure systems.
