Road maintenance truck equipment

Our product range for road maintenance vehicles is versatile and comprehensive. As our own production, we manufacture RIIKO® subframes, pallets and plow bumpers. Thanks to our extensive network of partners and retailers, you can also get snow plows, underbody scrapers, rotary brooms, hook lifts and control systems from us - all easily from one place. We do all assembly work as well as the necessary hydraulic and electrical installations. We also have inspection hall that is connected to our repair shop.

Delivered VOLVO FH540 road maintenance truck with RIIKO® superstructures. In equipment RIIKO® subframe, RIIKO® gravel box with automatic cassette, hydraulic upper tailgate, cover, heating, vibra and sander/salt speader adapters, NUMMI group tipper, RIIKO® headboard oil tank, hydraulic oil condenser, central lubrication, Arctic Machine underbody scraper, HAWE road maintenance hydraulics and control system, VBG coupling equipment and hydraulics, light brackets and lights installed.

SCANIA P 500 XT 8x4*4 road maintenance truck with RIIKO® gravel superstructures. In equipment, gravel box with heating, detachable side extensions, hydraulic tailgate, detachable headboard, tipper, vibra, hydraulic oil tank, hydraulic/electrical center, SKF lubrication, LAST condenser, tool boxes, side guards, VBG tow jaw and rear underrun guards, aluminium muffler protection, MultiFaster quick coupling for spreader, RST Steel light bar, BULLPRO snowplow lights, STRANDS additional and work lights, VSWD level indicators and beacon panel, MXN camera systems and plow bumper with MultiFaster quick coupler. The volume of the gravel box is about 15 m3. Hydraulically tilting MEIREN AS2508 with extension wings as a underbody scraper.

SCANIA R 500 6x4 road maintenance truck. In equipment HAWE road maintenance hydraulics and control system. Meiren low wing MSPN3704 as front plow, with polyurethane blade holders, flexible side blades, hydraulic snow stopper and hard steel blades. RIIKO® plow bumper has MultiFaster quick coupler and external control for raising and lowering the plow. Meiren KSM3104 as side plow, equipped with wing tilting kit, guard rollers and hard steel blades. Side plow mounting frame for side plow attachment. The underbody scraper is a Meiren AS2508 with a fixed release angle, hydraulic blade tilt and hydraulic lifting and lowering. Additionally, the equipment includes Joab L21 EcoDrive hooklift with a lifting and tipping capacity of 21 tons, AM Salo 9000 road maintenance machine and SKF central lubrication.

Renault C 520 P8x4 road maintenance truck. Equipped with JOAB L27A-5950 hook lift, MEIREN AS2508 underbody scraper, HAWE hydraulic pump V60N-110, RIIKO® sand sbreader sockets, box heating coupler, TAV coupling equipment and three camera system. In the control system of the HAWE road maintenance equipment, the functions of the underbody scraper, spreader automation and box heating control.

Control systems

Control systems make the use of road maintenance vehicles smooth and efficient. As an alternative to control systems, we offer HAWE's control systems. The system has both joystick and screen control. The control systems of road maintenance vehicles are always designed on a truck-specific basis, as the equipment of the trucks varies significantly. The control systems are often also equipped with an option for possible additional installations, if the truck's equipment is to be supplemented later. Options are important, as the needs of road maintenance trucks can change over time.

ROAD BLADES

We manufacture durable wear blades for road maintenance. The material used in the blades is strong wear steel. The mounting pitch of the plates is 305 mm (standard) and the mounting bolts are M16 lock head bolts (standard). The blades are suitable for e.g. to the snow blowers, rear blades and snow plows. The blades are reversible, which guarantees a long service life for the product. Blade models 41524 and 41525 available from stock with fast delivery. In model 41524, width 120 mm, length 1680 mm and thickness 10 mm. In model 41525, width 150 mm, length 1780 mm and thickness 10 mm.
