SCANIA R650XT road maintenance truck

Maansiirtoauto päivitettiin tienhoitoautoksi korvaamalla vanha hydrauliikkajärjestelmä HAWEn uudella hydrauliikka- ja ohjausjärjestelmällä. Ohjaus toimii HAWEn joystickilla ja 10” kosketusnäytöllä. Järjestelmän suunnittelu, toteutus ja asennus tehtiin yhteistyössä HAWE Finland Oy:n kanssa.

The system can be used to control the tipper, tailboard, underbody scraper, lifting/lowering & turning of the front plow, spreader and mud lock. In addition, the system has an option, e.g. for the side shift of the front plow and a couple of additional functions. The hydraulic valves are CAN-bus controlled. Powermaint Oy delivered the control center with wiring to the truck.
In addition, e.g. RIIKO plow bumper with plow connections, RST-Steel plow light stand with plow lights, beacon panel and level indicators.

In equipment of MEIREN MSPN 5204 front plow: high cone wing, 3900 – 5200 mm working width, plow wing partially made of plastic, Meiren's patented replaceable flexible blade holders made of polyurethane, bolt-on mounting ears, flexible side blades, additional wing support arches for difficult snow conditions, replaceable sliding feet Vautid 240–300, turning cylinder equipped with pressure accumulator & safety valve, mechanical support leg and steel flat blades.

MEIREN AS2508 underbody scraper is equipped with hydraulic wing lifting, turning and tilting, as well as hydraulic 400 mm extension wings to the right and left. A 45° pin blade frame was selected as the wear blade.
