VOLVO FH road maintenance truck

VOLVO FH gravel truck was upgraded to a road maintenance truck by replacing the old hydraulic system with HAWE's new hydraulic and control system. The planning, implementation and installation of the system was done in cooperation with HAWE Finland Oy. Control works with HAWE's joystick and touch screen. The system controls tipping, tailgate, cassette, underbody scraper, pallet cover, lifting/lowering and turning of the front plow, spreader, pallet heating, pallet vibration, cassette locks and mud lock. In addition, the system has an option, e.g. for side plow installation. The hydraulic valves are CAN-bus controlled. Powermaint Oy delivered the control center with wiring to the truck. In addition, the truck was assembled with a plow bumper, underbody scraper and plow lights. We thank for the trust!
