MEIREN MSKN WITH SIDESHIFT

Meiren's MSKN-03 series snow plows are suitable for larger roads, side roads and gravel roads where working conditions are challenging. The blade cutting angle of the snow plow is aggressive, which guarantees lower fuel consumption. The optimized shape of the wing throws snow better at high speeds and in difficult snow conditions. The blade holders are equipped with Meiren's noise reduction system, which also enables copying of the road surface to achieve the best cleaning results. The sideshift of the snow plow makes working comfortable and efficient, especially when using a side plow. Snow plows can be ordered in different heights and shapes depending on the demands of the work. The snow plow can be assembled with a hydraulic slush blade which has the EASY Fix system for attaching the rubber blades.

LIFTING FRAME WITH SIDESHIFT

The patented lifting frame enables the plow frame to be moved laterally and at the same time the entire plow can also be raised. Sideshift gives the driver more opportunities by moving the front plow. When combined with Meiren's 5.5 m side plow, the working width becomes up to 8.5 m.

SLUSH BLADE MECHANISM

Meiren's hydraulic 4-block blade distributes the pressure between the front blade and the slush blade. Each block has its own cylinder, which guarantees equal working pressure along the entire length of the slush blade. In the case of hard driven snow, the entire weight of the plow is transferred to the first blade, in the case of slush, the entire weight of the plow is transferred to the slush blade equipped with a rubber blades. Using the right pressure in the slush blade system guarantees an extremely clean road surface and economical use of the blades. For MSKN3403, MSKN3703 and MSKN4003 models, a 6-block hydraulic slush blade is also available. The Easy Fix system of the rubber blades of the slush blade saves time in opening and re-fastening the bolts, and the blade can be set to the desired height. It only takes 5-10 minutes to change or adjust the rubber blades.

LIFTING FRAME

The completely unique patented lifting frame enables the plow frame to be moved laterally and at the same time the entire plow can be raised. Sideshift gives the driver more opportunities by moving the front plow. In combination with Meiren's 5.5 m side plow, the working width is up to 8.5 m. The lifting cylinder enables the plow to be lightened or pressed as needed, which guarantees economical use of the blades.

SLUSH BLADE

The 4-block blade distributes the pressure between the front blade and the slush blade. Using the right pressure in the slush blade system guarantees an extremely clean road surface and economical use of the blades. For the MSPN3404, MSPN3704 and MSPN4004 models, a 6-block hydraulic slush blade is also available. With the Easy Fix system, it only takes 5-10 minutes to change or adjust the rubber blades.

CORNER BLADES

The blade of the plow can be equipped with changeable, rigidly attached corner blades, which enable the cleaning of the curbs and the support of the blade against the curbs. The round design of the edges of the corners guarantees smooth cleaning. Available for models MSPN, MSKN and KSM.

MANOMETER

Simple manometer helps you choose the right slush blade pressure to achieve the best plowing results. At the same time, the service life of the blades also increases. Available for models MSPN, MSKN and KSM.

SKID SHOES

Adjustable skid shoes prevent excessive wear of the blades on paved roads and gravel roads. The set includes skid shoe with a hard alloy plate and an adjustment mechanism. Available for models MSPN, MSKN, MSLN, KSM, LSPN, TSP02 and VTS02.

SNOWFLOW GUIDE

Snowflow guide is available fixed or adjustable with bolts. Using the guide keeps road signs clear of snow. Available for models MSPN, MSKN, MSLN and KSM-04.

SUPPORT LEG

In the transport position, the lifting frame is placed on the support leg (for storage). The support leg can be ordered either mechanically or hydraulically adjustable. Available for models MSPN, MSLN, MSKN-03, LSPN.

SIDE PROTECTION

The side protection protects the snow plow’s wing. Side protection available as an accessory for models MSPN, MSKN, MSLN and KSM.

SUPPORT WHEELS

Adjustable support wheels reduce excessive wear of the steel blades when cleaning paved roads. The set includes a high-strength rim, an air-filled tire and an adjustment mechanism. Available for models MSPN, MSKN, MSLN, LSPN, TSP02 and VTS02. Cannot be used with a hydraulic slush blade.

BLADE SETS

The range includes steel and rubber blades of various sizes as well as installation accessories. Serrated rubber blades are reinforced with a special metal, and they last better than normal rubber blades in difficult conditions. Inside the blade are wear-resistant steel plate segments surrounded by rubber. Serrated rubber blades can be used on all plows instead of a regular rubber blade.

CONTROL SYSTEM FOR HYDRAULICS

Meiren control system for hydraulic works either with a joystick in the truck's cabin or with a wireless touch screen
